NinjaOS has been pre-approved as a vendor of the IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital program to boost the productivity of SMEs in
Singapore with the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG).
Eligible businesses can sign up for NinjaOS and save up to 80% on their NinjaPro or NinjaEnterprise.
STEP 1
Get a quote from NinjaOS
Submit your business details in the form below and NinjaOS will provide you with a quote for an NinjaPro Or NinjaEnterprise. You will need this information to apply for the PSG. To be eligible, applicants must be:
- New NinjaOS subscribers to an NinjaPro Or NinjaEnterprise Plan
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- Using their subscription in Singapore
- At least 30% locally owned

STEP 2
Apply for PSG
Complete your PSG Application using the Business Grants Portal. To apply please ensure that your business category is listed as a ‘retail’ business in order for the NinjaOS subscription to be displayed as an option.
STEP 3
Purchase your annual Shopify plan
Shopify defaults to monthly billing but for the PSG, billing must be annual. Please contact us for more information.

What documents do I need to apply for the PSG?
- Purchase Order or signed acceptance of Quotation/ Contract
- Invoice (Request quotation for Shopify Advanced Annual and Shopify Plus Annual from Step 1 above
- Screenshots showing (i) company name and (ii) name of IT solution
- Licence number(s) of software (minimum one month usage report)
- Receipt or copy of cheque (if payment made by cheque)
- Bank Statement showing payment
Can companies apply for PSG after signing a contract with Shopify, or making payment?
No, please note that applicants must apply for PSG before they have: Made any payment to a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment Signed any contract with a supplier, vendor or third party in relation to the purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solution or equipment

Shopify billing defaults to monthly, so before switching to a paid plan, please configure your settings to bill yearly with this guide.
When is the last day I should apply for the PSG?
Grant Approval Date + 12 months
Can someone else submit the PSG claim for me?
Please note that companies need to apply for the PSG on their own and no third party should be able to apply for the grant on the company’s behalf.
Is there a cap to the grants?
The grant is capped at SGD30,000 per entity per financial year (1 April to 31 March). SMEs are free to select the packages they need according to their requirements. For more details, check out our FAQ.
